Corn Syrup vs High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)

In short: These are 2 completely different products.

* Corn syrup is ok. It is the equivalent of glucose or sugar syrup. We use this.

* High Fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is highly modified sweetener derived from corn. We DO NOT use High Fructose Corn Syrup.
