"Blank Canvas" cakes

Order a beautiful simple iced cake to devour or decorate further at home.

Our “blank canvas” cakes are 4 layers of moist vanilla or chocolate cake, surrounded by silky smooth Italian Meringue Buttercream

Slices

Freshly made to order, we offer a number of slices including chocolate caramel, rice-bubble mars bar, old-school lemon and custom hedgehog slice (with pecans not walnuts).

Seed Crackers

Filled with sesame seeds, flaxseed/linseed, sunflower, pumkin seeds and oats. No preservatives and the perfect vessel for all your favourite cheeses and dips.

"New York" Cookies

Thick and chunky.

Fudgy centre, crispy edges and full of couverture chocolate chips.

Caramel Popcorn

Oh so crunchy and oh so addictive. Once you start, you can’t stop!

Also available with added nuts of your choice (pecans are spectacular and popular).

Pecan Pie

Pecan pie has a rich, buttery sweetness with a deep nutty flavour.

Using a combination of American and Australian techniques, our pecan pies are filled to the brim with pecan halves, surrounded by delicious caramel filling, wrapped in a sweet butter shortcrust.

Cupcakes

Moist cake with silky smooth, never crusty Italian Meringue Buttercream. Available to order by the dozen in mini or standard size.

Pumpkin Spiced Bread

Moist spiced bread rich in the Autumn & Christmas flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. We promise you cannot taste the pumpkin, but once you try it you will never be satisfied with banana bread again!
